Intermittent Fasting Video Listing

Intermittent Fasting is the practice of going for a certain length of time before eating. The usually involved skipping breakfast, and in some more extreme versions of intermittent fasting, skipping lunch as well. The practitioners will eat in a window of 4 - 12 hours each day, taking in only liquids during the fasting period. The liquids can vary between intermittent fasts.
